Cancellation Policy
You MUST cancel your appointment if:
During the 10 days before your appointment
- you have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus or flu-type symptoms;
- you have had ANY respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath;
In the 72 hours before your appointment, without antipyretic medication (ibuprofen, acetaminophen, etc) you have had a fever of 99°F or above.
You may reschedule once you have been without a fever or other symptoms without medication for a minimum of 5 days.
The usual cancellation fee for less than 24-hour notice will be waived for illness or emergency.
